First! You NEED an SCA chassis and power supply for the Classic series modules. The CH01, CH02 or PC01. If you have one, great, if not, RENT ONE!

Second! 500 series modules need to be installed into a 500 series rack/chassis. SCA does not currently offer these. You MUST supply your own!

1. What types of audio equipment do you offer for rental? We offer the complete line of Seventh Circle Audio gear for rental, including but not limited microphone preamplifiers, compressors, chassis, and more.

2. How long can I rent the equipment for? The rental period can vary depending on your needs, ranging from a single day to a month or more. Please specify your desired rental duration, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

3. How much does it cost to rent audio equipment? Rental fees vary based on the type of equipment, and duration of rental. You can find specific pricing information on our website or by contacting us directly.

4. Do you offer delivery and pickup services? Yes, all rental orders will be shipped, unless you want to personally pick it up.

6. Do I need to pay a security deposit? Yes, we require a security deposit for all equipment rentals. The deposit amount depends on the value of the rented equipment and is fully refundable upon the safe return of the equipment. If equipment is damaged the repair cost will be taken out of the deposit. If the item is lost or stolen, the full amount of the deposit will be lost to cover the value of the equipment. At that point, we can deal with insurance companies if necessary.

7. What happens if the equipment is damaged during the rental period? Again, the renter is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. We may deduct repair costs from the security deposit or charge the renter for replacement if necessary.

8. Can I cancel or modify my rental reservation? Rental reservations can be canceled or modified, but please note that cancellation fees may apply, especially for last-minute cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible to make any changes to your reservation.

9. Do you offer technical support or setup assistance? Yes, we provide technical support and setup assistance to ensure that you can use the rented equipment effectively. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

10. What happens if I return the equipment late? Late returns may incur additional fees. Please make sure to return the equipment by the agreed-upon end date to avoid any penalties.

11. Can I rent equipment for a special event or project? Yes, we cater to both personal and professional events or projects. Whether you need equipment for a wedding, corporate event, concert, or film production, we've got you covered.

12. Is there a discount for long-term rentals? We may offer discounts for long-term rentals depending on the duration and quantity of equipment rented. Please inquire about long-term rental discounts when making your reservation.

13. How do I return the rental equipment? Save the box that your rental equipment arrives in. Pack the equipment in the box as secure as possible. Send using whichever carrier you would like adding the insurance for the ENTIRE amount of the security deposit! Send package to:
